Reservation policy: We have the ability to reserve tables.  The main point of contact must check in at the bar upon Taproom opening.  We do not reserve tables after 6:00 pm Thursday-Saturday.   Tables are based upon availability.  Sorry, we don't reserve sections of the rooftop. E-mail or call for more info.

     Private Events:  We can now serve other alcohol for private events.  The caterer must have a bar service license and food must be present.  Please feel free to e-mail for more info. 

 

Party Buses & Pedal Pubs: Please let us know prior to your pub crawl if you plan on making a stop at our Taproom.

Growlers & Roadies are available Tuesday - Sunday until 10pm pending availability. However, they must be purchased and removed from the premises prior to 10pm per regulation. No, we do not fill non-LLB growlers. Growlers cannot be opened or consumed on premises.

 

*No minors after 6pm.  We love kids and prefer not to risk having anyone inside the brewing area.*

We love dogs, but our only dog-friendly area is outside as part of our sidewalk seating.  Stools will be available for sidewalk seating dependent upon weather.

Seasonal Cellar Technician (May-October)

A Cellar Technician at LynLake Brewery acts as a proactive and engaged member of our brewing department, maintaining a passion for craft beer in all that they do. He/she assists with many cellaring, cleaning and maintenance duties at the brewery and otherwise provides support to the brewhouse and cellar as directed. This position is responsible for hands-on support and guidance in ensuring smooth operation of Brewery, from keg washing, kegging, SIP/CIP, analyzing samples, line cleaning, cask filling, organization, meticulous record keeping, following strict SOP’s, and cleanliness of the Brewery and cooler. The position requires the ability to take direction well, a desire to learn, a can-do attitude. The time requirement for this position is 20-35 hours per week; pay is dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Being a proactive and engaged member of our brewery

  • Follow Cleaning & Maintenance Schedules and consult supervisor about cleaning needs, and perform all required cleanings to the appropriate standard including tanks, Brewhouse, kegs, lines, and other equipment as directed

  • Follow inventory procedures for all raw materials, chemicals, beer, cooperage, small parts, packaging, supplies etc. and report deficiencies to supervisor

  • Assist in various brewery maintenance tasks and facility improvement projects

  • Participate in beer tasting panels if applicable

  • Represent LynLake Brewery at various events, festivals and promotions

  • Follow all brewery policies and procedures

  • Label all kegs and other package product in accordance with federal and state law using appropriate keg collars, labels and date codes per company procedure

  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and on time

  • Maintaining sanitary practices in all aspects of beer processing

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk, talk, hear, grasp, handle or feel, push, pull, reach, crouch, kneel, crawl or bend, and perform repetitive motions of the hands and/or wrists

  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 55 pounds, and be able to move kegs which weigh close to 165 pounds

  • Must be very meticulous

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Experience in a production brewery preferred

  • Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude preferred

  • Passion for craft beer and knowledge of basic brewing processes and beer styles preferred

  • Excellent time management skills and experience working independently
